# Add multiple managers for one subscription

## This article describes how you can assign the subscription manager role to multiple people.

In Collaboard one user is the owner of the subscription. This is the subscription admin. This user can add managers so multiple people can manage the Collaboard subscriptions.

To add a new manager the user needs to be part of your subscription. Just click on the dropdown and choose manager. Now this person can also manage the subscriptions.

By default all users in your subscription have the role "Viewer".
