# Create sticky notes from a table

## This article explains how to create sticky notes by copying content from a table.

In Collaboard it is possible to generate sticky notes directly from a table. For example from an Excel table.

To generate the sticky notes, copy the content into the clipboard (**Ctrl/Strg/Command + C**).

Open the Collaboard project in your browser. Now paste the content (**Ctrl/Strg/Command + V)** and the sticky notes are generated, in the same formation as they are in the table. 

**Please note that the color, text and formatting of the card will be taken from your table.**
