ToS disclaimers are widely employed to ensure that users are aware of company policies governing the usage of a service or product.
In Collaboard you may customize the ToS disclaimer to your needs.
Configuration of the ToS disclaimer is part of the Collaboard app Settings available to enterprise customers on request and starting with version 6.1.
Navigate to collaboard.app and select the tab Settings from the main page. Select ToS Disclaimer, choose a language and prepare your disclaimer. You need to translate your text accordingly. Raw markdown language is currently supported.

Disclaimer logic:
- Disclaimer language matches profile language: disclaimer shows in the profile language.
- Disclaimer language does not match the profile language AND English is configured: disclaimer shows in EN
- Disclaimer language does not match the profile language AND English is not configured: configured language shows.
Tip
Always configure the English disclaimer to have it displayed as a backup, if disclaimer language and profile language do not match.
