# Collaboard Hosting Environments

## This article describes the different hosting environments of Collaboard.

Collaboard offers different hosting environments to meet various data residency and security requirements. An "environment" determines where your user account, projects, and data are physically stored.

**Troubleshooting Login Issues:** If you cannot log in, please ensure you have selected the correct environment. You can identify which environment you are currently on by looking at the **country flag icon** in the top left corner of the login screen.
