Export as PDF

Export your whiteboard as PDF

Export your whiteboard as a PDF to create handouts, documentation, or printable workshop results. You can define the page layout, orientation, and structure before exporting.

Tip: Use the Quick Link Export to create structured PDF handouts quickly. This is ideal for sharing workshop results or summaries in A4 format.

How it works

  1. Open the export menu.

  2. Select PDF as the export type.

  3. Configure the export settings.

  4. Click Export project.

Available PDF settings

Page format
Choose the page size for your export (for example A4).

Page orientation
Select how the content should be arranged on the page:

  • Automatic

  • Portrait

  • Landscape

Columns
Define how many columns the export should use. Increasing the number of columns splits the whiteboard across multiple vertical sections.

Rows
Define how many rows the export should use. Increasing the number of rows splits the whiteboard across multiple horizontal sections.

Highest image quality
Enable this option to export project images in the highest available quality. This may increase export time and file size.

Include hidden objects
Enable this option to include hidden objects in the PDF export. Disable it to export only the content currently visible on the board.

The preview on the right shows how your whiteboard will be arranged in the exported PDF.

Use these settings to structure large boards across multiple pages and ensure content is readable when printed or shared.
