Export Quick Links

The Quick Link export allows you to create structured PDF handouts from your whiteboard. You can define the order of the content and control how it appears page by page in the final document.

Quick Link export supports PDF only.

When to use Quick Link export

Use this option when you want to:

create structured workshop documentation
generate handouts for participants
export content in a defined order
split whiteboard content across multiple PDF pages

Each selected Quick Link becomes one page in the exported PDF.

Best practice for high-quality exports

For the best results and to ensure all content is visible:

Use frames to structure your board
Set frames to A4 portrait or landscape
Make sure all relevant content is placed inside the frames

This ensures that each page in the exported PDF is clean, readable, and properly formatted.

How it works

Open the Quick Link menu.
Hold Shift and select the Quick Links you want to export.
Click Export.

Each selected Quick Link becomes a separate page in the PDF.

The order of the pages follows the sequence displayed in the Quick Link menu.

Export settings for Quick Links

Before exporting, you can define how the Quick Links will appear in the PDF.

Page format
Choose the page size for the export (for example A4). This determines how each Quick Link is placed on a page.

Page orientation
Select the orientation for the PDF pages:

Portrait
Landscape

Preview
The preview shows how each Quick Link will appear on the exported PDF page. This helps you check layout, spacing, and readability before exporting.

Use the arrows in the preview to browse through the pages and review each Quick Link individually.

Highest image quality
Enable this option to export images in the highest available quality. This may increase export time and file size.

Include hidden objects
Enable this option to include hidden objects in the export. Disable it to export only the content currently visible in the Quick Link view.
