# From Brainstorming to Project Launch – A Story-Based Guide

## Welcome to this comprehensive Collaboard training session! Instead of a standard feature walkthrough, we are learning by doing. Join us on a "Back to the Future" inspired journey as we execute Project Hoverboard.

In this video, we simulate a real-world scenario—receiving a top-secret email from the CEO to launch a mass-market hoverboard.

You will learn how to navigate the board, facilitate workshops, manage tasks, and present your final strategy, all while mastering the specific features of Collaboard. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your facilitation skills, this story-based approach will help you understand why and how to use Collaboard's most powerful tools.

In this video, you will learn how to:

- Navigate and secure your whiteboard.
- Create User Personas and Empathy Maps.
- Run SWOT analyses and Brainstorming sessions.
- Build visual Roadmaps and Kanban boards.
- Present your work effectively to stakeholders.
