Cancel Your Collaboard Subscription

If you want to cancel your Collaboard subscription, simply send a cancellation request to our support team.

Submit a cancellation request

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Collaboard Support page.
  2. Fill out the support form.
  3. Let us know that you would like to cancel your Collaboard subscription.
  4. Submit the request.

Our support team will process your request and cancel the subscription for you.

What information should I include?

To help us process your cancellation quickly, we recommend including the email address associated with your Collaboard account or organization and clearly stating that you want to cancel your subscription.

If applicable, you can also provide additional information such as your organization name.

Note: We are currently updating Collaboard's subscription management. With an upcoming release, we plan to add the option to cancel your subscription directly within Collaboard. Until this functionality is available, please use the support form to submit your cancellation request.
