Redeeming a Collaboard License Code

You can redeem this code in Collaboard to activate the corresponding subscription for your account.

Open the Subscription page

To redeem your license code, open the Subscription page in Collaboard.

You can access it through Admin settings and then select Subscription.

On the Subscription page, you will see the available Collaboard plans as well as the option:

Do you have a license code?

Click Redeem it.

Enter your license code

A dialog titled Redeem license code opens.

1. Enter the license code you received from the Collaboard partner.
2. Click Redeem code.
3. Collaboard validates the code and activates the subscription associated with it.

Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the corresponding subscription will be available for your account.

When do I need a license code?

A license code is typically used when Collaboard has been purchased through a Collaboard partner or reseller instead of directly through the Collaboard subscription page.

If you purchased your subscription directly in Collaboard using credit card or invoice, you normally do not need to redeem a license code.

Problems redeeming a license code

If your license code cannot be redeemed, check that:

• the code has been entered exactly as provided
• there are no additional spaces before or after the code
• the code has not already been redeemed

If the code still does not work, contact the partner from whom you purchased the Collaboard subscription or contact Collaboard Support.
