[Manage your subscription and plan](https://help.collaboard.app/plans-billing?hsLang=en#manage-your-subscription-and-plan) # Redeeming a Collaboard License Code ## If you purchased Collaboard through one of our partners, you may receive a license code instead of purchasing the subscription directly in Collaboard. You can redeem this code in Collaboard to activate the corresponding subscription for your account. ### Open the Subscription page To redeem your license code, open the **Subscription** page in Collaboard. You can access it through **Admin settings** and then select **Subscription**. On the Subscription page, you will see the available Collaboard plans as well as the option: **Do you have a license code?** Click **Redeem it**. ![](https://help.collaboard.app/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-11-2026-12-53-11-7985-PM.png?width=562&height=131&name=image-png-Aug-11-2026-12-53-11-7985-PM.png) ### Enter your license code A dialog titled **Redeem license code** opens. 1. Enter the license code you received from the Collaboard partner. 2. Click **Redeem code**. 3. When do I need a license code? A license code is typically used when Collaboard has been purchased through a **Collaboard partner or reseller** instead of directly through the Collaboard subscription page.
