Draw attention to certain areas of the canvas during a whiteboard session.
Available to facilitators.
The laser pointer is a feature of the facilitator toolbox.
Use it to highlight parts of the canvas to others or to draw their attention to certain areas.
Switch to laser pointer mode by selecting the pointer icon in the bottom left toolbox:
The cursor will turn into a crosshairs. Press your left mouse and drag over the canvas. You will see a red line painted to the canvas. As long as you keep your left mouse pressed, the trace you have created will show on the canvas. It will vanish when you release the left mouse. Close the laser pointer mode with ESC or click the icon again.
Others will see the trace briefly before it fades out. The complete trace will not linger on their screens.
The thickness of the trace depends on the zoom level.
Works during presentation, too!
