Audit Logs

The Audit Log gives you full transparency over all relevant activities in Collaboard. It helps administrators track changes, monitor events, and ensure compliance with organizational and security requirements.

Administrators can download all audit logs directly from the Collaboard settings, and logs are automatically generated for every user who is part of the customer’s tenant.

The following lists provides an overview of all activites logged with the audit logs.

Projects (Whiteboards)

  • Open a project
  • Create a project
  • Delete a project
  • Archive a project
  • Restore a project from archive
  • Rename a project
  • Duplicate a project
  • Move a project to a space
  • Add tags to a project
