The email and password are secure. But I still can't register.
This problem occurs in network environments that use a proxy with additional permissions.
It is then imperative that you contact your IT administrator to have this fixed.
You can check whether it is really due to your environment.
1. Try to log on to Collaboard with your private mobile.
2. Try to log on to Collaboard from another network. Try it also with different browsers.
If you can log in outside your environment, you should contact your IT administrator.
