Managing members
The free users list does not show up?
- Please be patient and wait for it to load. The more users there are, the longer you will need to wait.
Please refer to the corresponding help article. - If the list is expected to but does not show up
- your organization does not have a tenant OR
- you or your free users are not part of your organizations tenant

You are missing out on free users you were expecting to see in the free users list?
They will most probably not have registered via your tenant sign up page and thus do not belong to your tenant.
