# Subscription and member management

## Please find answers to FAQ about managing your subscription, subscription members and free users belonging to your organization.

### Managing members

**The free users list does not show up?**

- Please be patient and wait for it to load. The more users there are, the longer you will need to wait.
Please refer to the corresponding [help article.](https://help.collaboard.app/manage-team-members?hsLang=en)
- If the list is expected to but does not show up
    - your organization does not have a tenant OR
    - you or your free users are not part of your organizations tenant

Please reach out to our [support](https://help.collaboard.app/how-to-contact-collaboard-support?hsLang=en).

**You are missing out on free users you were expecting to see in the free users list?**

They will most probably not have registered via your tenant sign up page and thus do not belong to your tenant.
