Here you will find troubleshooting information in case you can't login to your Collaboard account.
Do you use the correct environment?
We have different environments of Collaboard. Each environment is unique and they are not linked to each other. Please make sure that you login to the environment, where you created your account.
Make sure you are on the login page you registered with. Here you can find the links to the environments:

Do you forgot your password?
If you forgot this is how you reset your password:
1.Enter your email address

2.Click on Reset your password

3.Enter the verification code and create a new password. In case you do not receive the verification code click on Resend verification code
