Create a new Collaboard Account

In Collaboard you have several options to create an account. You can register an account using your email address or use your Google, M365 or Apple account. Alternatively your organization can setup Single Sign-On.

There are two options when creating a new account: 

1. You can use Collaboard as a free user
2. You can start a free 14-day trial for the Advanced version of Collaboard

Create a new account with an email address

Click on Sign Up.

Enter your email address and click on continue. 

Create your account

Select your preferred language using the drop-down on the top right. Collaboard is available in the following languages: 

• English
• German
• Spanish
• French
• Italian
• Swedish

Create your password. Your password needs to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character
• No spaces allowed

Add your first name and your last name. 

Click on the box to accept the terms and conditions from Collaboard. 

Verify your account

When using your email address you need to verify your account and confirm your email address. If you don't receive the verification code, please try to resend it.

Please check your SPAM folder in case the verification email went there. In case you still don't get the verification code, please contact our support team. 

 Complete the onboarding flow

Now please complete the onboarding flow. After completion your first whiteboard is created automatically.
